Laura & Gleb came from Brooklyn to wed in Las Vegas, Nevada. They began their day getting ready at The Cosmopolitan. Laura wore a Cecilie Bahnsen dress, earrings from Simone Rocha, and shoes from Kwaidane Editions. Her perfect wabi-sabi bouquet filled with lunaria from Jin Park of Studio Yeoreum was the perfect addition to her upscale artistic bridal look.

We then headed to A Little White Wedding Chapel for the ceremony. I used a mix of digital and vintage film cameras – a style I like to add to all of my sessions.

After spending time at the chapel, we walked around the arts district of downtown Las Vegas and ended at the Welcome to Las Vegas sign for some classic shots.

With Las Vegas growing at such a fast pace, I am intent on trying to rid the idea of the “kitschy and quick” style of wedding that is associated with this city by trying to show you can have a classy and artistic wedding here. Just as if you were to elope in NYC! I am so proud of my hometown!
